You could try editing the FFmpeg command line and inserting FFmpeg’s photosensitivity filter.
$ ffmpeg -hide_banner -help filter=photosensitivity
Filter photosensitivity
Filter out photosensitive epilepsy seizure-inducing flashes.
Sure, it is not in the GUI, but Topaz’ build of FFmpeg does come with this filter.
It is a destructive filter, ie it replaces and blends the frame into surrounding frames.
It may work for your content, it may not.
