Finished upscale to 1080p looks like 1920*100 instead of 1920*1080

I put in a DVD video that was playing fine on a pc, or on apple tv. Attached is the specs from mediaarea mediainfo when it was still 720*368 pixels in size.

I put it into topaz, latest patches, and it was set for H265, Dynamic, quality = Medium, Audio = copy, container = mkv, output resolution was 1920*1080, square pixel, letter box pillar box. It previewed perfectly, filled entire screen left to right and had small black on top and bottom. I rendered it on my PC and when done it looks like the image attached?
how can I send you an image of the movie topaz upscaled? Its dimentions are way way off, and I’ve used this program extensively for 2-3 years.

On a very few videos I saw this too when it told to be 1920 x 1080 when processed but looked like 2560 x 1080 on screen!

Are you able to post a screenshot here to the forum post?

If you run the export again and choose original pixel type does that still produce this same compressed resolution format?

the forum has no links when i am logged on to your forum website to upload anything. Im a paid licensed user so that doesnt seem right.

You can also share the screenshots directly with the support team by emailing them to help@topazlabs.com and referencing the forum post.
