I finally found a solution to TVAI crashing 5 to 60 minutes after starting to process video. This has been a persistent issue for me since TVAI 6, and was completely unusable in TVAI 7 (crashing within 5 minutes). I actually had to downgrade to TVAI 5.4.0!! to get my work done!!

After trying everything suggested on this site with no solution I finally updated my Asus BIOS firmware (again) but this time to the latest version 3001 (2025/5/19) this also included an upgrade to Intel ME to version 16.1.35.2557. This firmware version specifically addresses Vmin Shift instability issues in Intel 13th and 14th Gen systems. This instantly solved ALL my issues!! I have been upscaling videos for over 48 hours straight without issues. Hope this helps.

For those who do not want to make a BIOS update just limit the PCores to 5,3 Ghz and the max. temperature to 90 °C. Most importingly set the CPU Current Limit (IccMax) to 307A (Intel Default). Many mainboards set it to 512A even though Intel say never exceed 400A.
