For many versions (sorry I can’t be precise) the imported files are not being unlocked when being closed down. I can’t see any pattern! With versions prior to v4.0.2 I was able to ‘trick’ the software by opening a dummy file which then releases the last imported file. With v4.0.2, this doesn’t work anymore. Right now, TOPAZ has locked 2 files that I have closed down and opening a dummy file doesn’t release the other files. SO FRUSTRATING. I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN TOPAZ JUST TO GET BACK FULL ACCESS TO IMPORTED FILES.
I’m on Windows 10 and my computer has absolutely no other issues that could affect this problem.
