Files created using the latest Video AI version 5.5.0 don't open in iTunes

When I change the mp4 suffix to m4v, files I created last year load OK in iTunes. Recent output files created do not load in iTune. There is a two-line difference in output image size. The ones the work are 2552 x 1440; the ones that won’t load in iTunes are 2556 x 1440

I need to know what controls the differences between the two files, both of which were created with Video AI, so that I can create output files compatible with iTunes playback.

I apologize. The difference in image width appears to be introduced before the file had even been processed by Video AI. This issue may be marke as resolved.

Thank you for clarifying. What is causing the image width issue and do you have a resolution to prevent that for anyone else who might run into this?
