File appears to be unsupported or damaged

Another case of:

Post applying edits and then exporting the ‘new’ image back into LR the msg ‘File appears to be unsupported or damaged’ freq (2 out of 3 times) appears, and the new image is totally inaccessible…


Topaz Photo AI V3.3.0 on Mac

What are these file types you are working with while trying to use Photo AI? If they are RAW files what camera model are they being produced with? This information will help us troubleshoot why you might be having this problem.

Hi - They are RAW files, specifically CR2 (Canon files) from a Canon 7D Mk II.

No issues have ever been encountered with prev versions of the Topaz suite with these files / this camera.
