I’m trying not to be reactionary about the changes from V.2 to V.3 so I gave it some time. I use Photo AI every day, of about a dozen photo/graphic apps I use regularly this is one of my true go-to apps. I work on freelance basis so I wouldn’t say I am a studio user but on the other hand I’m not a consumer user either. After a few weeks of use I am disappointed, it looks like Topaz is going in the direction of dumbing it down for the mass market you seek on Facebook. As a power user I like to see all of the tools in one view and know what each is set at and what its status is. That’s all gone in favor of the app taking control and doing everything then I have to guess which tools to use and what each is doing. I am not onboard with this. And I don’t like the answer “well just uninstall it and go back a version”. Why? I am paying you a hefty subscription fee for upgrades, I should never be asked to go back to a previous one. I have been invited in the past to share much more detailed feedback but I was super busy last year and Q1 of this year. If you’d like more feedback from me, shoot me an invite and I’ll try to schedule it in. Thanks.
