Yes you can still render locally on your computer

Tokens are for the cloud rendering option

Thankyou for the quick reply. I understand the benefits of rendering online. But my software won’t render on my computer. So effectively this software won’t even achieve its basic function for me.

I’m just trying to simply upscale an image.
Any feedback or ideas?

I would recommend copying the request ID from the cloud queue in Gigapixel and make a support request on the main site, quoting that ID number:

Did it worked before the last update if yes, then here’s the link for previous versions

Also, another thing you could try incase you haven’t got enough disc space is changing the Download Folder location to a different drive

Simply goto the Preferences Menu then under the Settings Tab click on Cloud Render and change the Default Download Location

In version 8.3.0 you now have the ability to disable cloud render.

Go to your preferences > cloud render > toggle off “Cloud Rendering”

Please submit a ticket with our Support team and let us know if you run into any issues.

My Cloud Render button has been frozen for some time now. Shows with a blue ‘+’ mark, followed by two black dashes. But it’s not clickable.

One of the new features introduced with Gigapixel version 8.3.0 was the ability to disable Cloud Rendering within the Preference Menu

Have you by any disabled your Cloud Rendering

I don’t see a Cloud Rendering option in my Gigapixel Beta 8.1.0.5, I’m afraid.
