I’d like to have an AI approach to stitching. I stitch up to 10 images in Affinity Photo or occasionally Capture One and sometimes it doesn’t work. I’ve used the free trial of PTGui and that can involve a lot of manual selection of control points. Surely something smart could be done there. Given the cost of PTGui there must be some sort of market.
Affinity Photo and Capture One sometimes struggle with stitching my 10-image panoramas. Given the advancements in AI, are there any features or updates planned to improve auto-alignment and control point detection for more seamless stitching?
