Would it be possible to have the option of appending proteus/theia/etc parameters to the output filename? Would make it a lot easier when evaluating results with different settings. I see that there is a custom prefix/suffix field in the settings, but that won’t really help when batch processing multiple proteus renders.
An alternative could also be manually specifying output filename for every file in the queue.
