Feature request: Dispatch parallel processing to multiple Macs/PCs
You can only have so much CPU and GPU in one machine, but I’ve got a lot of only-slightly-older machines lying around, many of them plugged in and just sitting idle … while jobs run 14 days.
With them, I could increase my processing power 3x, 5x or more. Parallelising makes sense with longer videos, where breaking them down into 1-minute chunks (and/or scene boundaries) would make them parallel tasks.
If these idle machines just had a background process from Topaz, something that didn’t provide any functionality without the full application, then the TVAI app can still require the software licence. The background processes on my LAN can’t do anything without the TVAI app that I purchased.
