When each processing activity is complete the picture in the RHS changes, in my case, from ducks to trees and the actual process has not taken place. If I click the RHS it reverts to the original picture but with no processing changes???

Looks like you are it is not completely. If you go out of Topaz has it changed your image. On my workflow, I’m taken out of Topaz when completed and back to the processed image, which is in Photoshop.
Thanks Ray, I shut Topaz down and restarted it and the problem went away!!! My photos normally go back to Photoshop too.
