Fatal error loading 82 files

Hi, I’ve been testing the latest version of Topaz Video at a friend’s house.
I have some videos with interlacing problems. I don’t know if this version can work in batches or not. Since the videos were of a low resolution, around 800x600, I decided to test which function was the most suitable to improve the image without changing the resolution.
I have found that when scaling it is better to process the file at the native resolution and then convert it back to scaling.

The thing is that now that I have decided what configuration I want, I decide to load the 82 video files.
What is the problem, that Topaz video hangs with Windows 10, it does not react, it freezes.
I try to close the program naturally and not respond until it closes.
When I restart it again here comes the problem… topaz video reloads the last configuration and the 82 files and hangs again. This time I enter the Windows console and force close it.
But when I start again the same thing happens.
I decide to reboot the system… and again the same, Topaz video loads the latest configurations… and it hangs.

Last option uninstall the program, delete the logs and reinstall.
It seems incredible to me that there is no way to start without loading the last operations and if the program closes incorrectly several times, it is not programmed to restart from scratch… without loading anything.
I also don’t understand why it crashes… with 82 files.

You will need to go to the workspaces folder and remove that project file from the system and start a new project.

The app is trying to open all of those files at the same time and that is overloading the system and causing the freeze.

Create a new project and load in less files and it should work.

There is no way to close that project and open another one… it just doesn’t allow it because it crashes instantly
