Falling application and not starting

Hi in Topaz,

we have installed Topaz Photo AI on:
windows 10 - after we open image, the application is falling

Windows Server 2016: application will not start

we have the newest verision from internet downloaded.

before updates all version 3.2.1 worked fine.
