Failure to Open as Plugin in Affinity Photo 2

Photo AI cannot be called as a plugin from Affinity Photo after version 1.5.4. If this is not resolved before my 30 days is up I shall request a refund.
Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 Open Affinity Photo & open an image file
  2. Step 2 Select Filter/Plugins/Topaz/Photo AI
  3. Step 3 After some time the error message shown in screenshot appears.
    I am using version 2.1.2 of Photo AI.
    Attacments: Screenshot, log files, system profile.
