# Failure to convert and enhance simple VOB 5 min file

Let it render for over 8 hours and failed

How can I cancel my yearly subscription if your program doesnt work

Only had it one day and not impressed

Can you email the support team at [help@topazlabs.com](mailto:help@topazlabs.com) and grab the logs to send and we can review what caused the failure to try and help troubleshoot the situation? There are many possible causes of this failure and we will need to see what is going on to recommend steps to resolve it so you can use the app.

To gather logs, please select Help \> Logging \> Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

If you do not wish to troubleshoot the situation, you will still need to email the support team for our account specialists to help with canceling the subscription plan.
