Failure of install after download

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Download install app for Topaz Photo AI on a Mac
  2. attempt to install;
  3. hangs up after the the download of Topaz and starting install - message - lost connection

Hi @gilpinbrown1,

First, please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.

Next, in MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, enable full disk access for the Photo AI Installer if it is not enabled already.

Then, go to Privacy & Security > Files and Folders, enable the Downloads folder for Installer.

Run the installer one more time and please let me know what happens.
