Steps to reproduce issue:
- Download install app for Topaz Photo AI on a Mac
- attempt to install;
- hangs up after the the download of Topaz and starting install - message - lost connection
Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]
First, please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.
Next, in MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, enable full disk access for the Photo AI Installer if it is not enabled already.
Then, go to Privacy & Security > Files and Folders, enable the Downloads folder for Installer.
Run the installer one more time and please let me know what happens.
