  2. Close 1st image and try to work on 2nd one upscaling again
  3. Won’t show before and after , nothing happens image doesn’t get upscaled. There is a black square on the left and the original image on the right with no upscaling.

Thanks for sending in that information.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

Please use the following link to update your driver: AMD | Radeon RX 5700 XT | Driver Update

After the update, let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.

I updated the driver and also restarted the computer. No change to the problem.
Even if I change AI processing to CPU it has the same issue. Its not the GPU.

Very frustrating as I just renewed my licence and got the latest update and it works worse than the last version from a workflow perspective if I have to close it and reopen it every time I want to work on a new image.

There must be a bug in the code as it works the first time. Can’t see how my system breaks the 2nd run.

Might need a refund if this isn’t fixed quickly.

I am having this same issue. First image everything works great. After saving, close image, then load next image, and there is no preview of the image (before or after applying filters blindly). The changes are made to the saved image, but again, no preview during the process.

I’m on an iMac running MacOS 12 (latest update for 12).

Update: I updated today from version 3.1.0 to 3.1.2 and the issue/bug has been resolved.
I can now work on multiple images without having to restart the software.
