Failed Driver error, Resolution Error

I keep getting this message, or Resolution Error. Nothing works. I want to stop my subscription now!

You will need to write in to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com for any changes to be made to your subscription plan.

If you can also grab the logs from the app and send them along with the system profile report for your computer, we can try and help troubleshoot as this could be an easy fix.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
