Need to remove the In/Out markers from the video and let it process the entire file at this time. There is a current bug that the team is working on patching that is tied to trimming a video within the app.
Current workaround is to trim the video outside of Topaz Video and then bring the trimmed file in for processing.
Thanks a lot! It has troubled me for a few weeks! I will try to edit the video again today!
