Facial moles

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 open facial image with soft very pale moles in skin
2. Step 2 allow auto to tell you what can be done
3. Step 3 sharpen is offered…use it… creates very dark enlarged holes in skin. This can require a lot of editing time to remove
