To help troubleshoot we will also need the full system profile to investigate the information about your GPU driver as the system profile information screenshot does not show this information.

You should see an option to Save All Information to create a dxdiag file that you can send in to the Dropbox using the link above in this thread. Please be sure to send me a message if you send something in :slight_smile:

Done, for some reason I didn’t get a good replay on your video but a web search helped me. I hope this helps. I really do. It’s DxDiag.2 because someone apparently did this previously without my knowledge.

I’ve reviewed the information about your machine, and unfortunately, it confirms that your machine does not meet our Minimum System Requirements. I have included a link to our Topaz Labs Documentation page for your review:

Your machine’s GPU only has about 1GB of VRAM, while our requirement is 6GB.

We do have Topaz Photo AI v3.0.4 and v2.4.2, which may give you a more stable application for this machine. You can use the following links to download these installers for your review:
