I don’t know how to manually resize face detected area. I want to cover the whole face. Please advise

The frame is more of a guideline.
In my case, the entire face is worked on, although the frame is smaller.

Thank you so much. I attached an other pic, so you can better understand my question. The face on this pic is okay, but her hair and her whole body is terrible. So How can I increase the size of that area, I want to clear?

Any other suggestions, hoe to make pics like this useful?

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:

1. The original image file.
2. The processed image.
3. A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.

Thanks for sending in that file but this type of image might be a little too far out of focus for models to assist in editing. I did notice that if you adjust the Sharpen enhancement to include All the image along with the Subject (ie adding a second Sharpen layer) the edits were slightly better but still not optimal.
