I have an image with missed focus that caught the hair but not the subjects eyes. When I attempt to sharpen, if face recovery is on, it destroys the resolution of the hair and introduces severe pixelation.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Photo AI 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 on Macintosh. M1 Mac Studio and M1 MacBookPro
Face Recovery as it currently works has an output size limit which makes it unsuitable for faces that already have good detail.
Your image clearly surpasses that limit by a significant margin.
