Face recognition is not working below the neck. The hair and neck are a blur. It is very frustrating that I can’t get the hair and neck to be somewhat looking like hair instead of a blur. I have no idea how to fix this. Everything I try makes it worse. The documentation states the face recognition is checked for both hair and neck, yet it doesn’t work.
