Hello, this is a proposal to provide the application with an external live-preview, relatively easy to implement:
(1) Clicking in the exports area on the video that is being processed, open the temporary file with the user’s default video viewer (in my case Quicktime). If there is no data yet in the temporary file, display an informative message.
By opening the original file, we can compare perfectly, even in real time (in Silicon M2, the performance of video viewing is not affected because TVAI is processing in parallel). We lose synchronization but it’s not a big problem (at least for me).
However, it is possible to improve this aspect further if (2) when we open from TVAI the original file appears initially positioned at the trim start point.
Finally, in relation to these temporary files, (3) if the user stops the process, they should be moved to the output folder as if they had finished processing (this was done previously (temp files) but was lost in some version change .
