I’ve been installing this program on my work computer for at least 2 hours now and it’s only at 24 of 55 files.
This is actually the third attempt to install it, the 1st 2 times it stopped and gave a message there was an error with the internet connection, but there was no error. It’s now installing, but like I said it’s been over 2 hours and not done yet.

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like there may be something blocking the model files from downloading.
First, please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.
Run the Topaz Photo AI installer again. The model files do not delete if the installation fails, so you can run the installer multiple times to get all the files.
