Since today, when I export a video, it takes about 7-10 minutes till it really starts processing, while the export is stuck on “Estimating…“. Then, after estimating is done, the amount of time is the usual one, a few minutes. A week ago, when I last used TopazVideo, everything worked smooth. Any idea why this is happening?

Can you share your logs?
To gather logs, please open the app and select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Hi,
I just exported a short clip and that took 5 minutes 36 seconds in total. The estimating part was almost 3 minutes long (2 minutes and 50+ seconds).

Well, it worked fine after the last update, but my computer froze during a Topaz Video export, I had to restart, and since then I’m back at the “Estimating…” part that lasts way too long.
Are you able to send the updated logs to compare the runs that ran succesfully with the ones that are estimating too long?
