Export Image with 2x Upscale does not change EXIF metadata, 3rd party may think image is smaller than actual

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open 12MP jpg image in Photo Ai 3.0.4
  2. Upscale only to 2X using graphics or low resolution
  3. Export image (states that it will save it as 24 MP)
  4. Open saved file and EXIF data states the image is still 12MP
