I see two issues in the logs that you shared.

The first is your system is being overwhelmed when trying to run multiple models at the same time on the source clip.

Open the Preferences Panel and let’s change the following settings.

Topaz Video>Preferences>Processing

  1. Set the max memory to 80%

  2. Set max processes to 1

  3. Save the settings and close the panel.

  4. Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.

The second error is when exporting a file at 8k you need to swap from the default codec of H264 to a codec that can handle that resolution size. This could be H265, ProRes, FFV1 or VP9.

Thanks…..

Next try…. After making suggested changes. I’m only trying to export 30 secs at this point, (using the end points in the system)

These logs are pointing to the same error code as before but this time its due to running two models at the same time, both being heavy models, Nyx and Themis.

Try running them separately with Nyx first and then bringing the video back in for a second pass with Themis if you are needing it for the results you want.
