Export fail on any format beside MP4 on Video Ai7 60fps conversation

I am trying to export a video (MOV) of a 60fps conversion (Chronos) on high quality format like Pro-Res, MOV animation or TIFF seq, but I get an error and the export doesn’t finish. the only format I can export is MP4 and the quality is not good enough.

anyone else encountered this issue?

Can you share the app’s logs?

To gather logs, please open Video AI and select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
