Export error

During export the process stopped with an error
2. Your system profile : Mac Studio (M4 max) 64 Go macOS 15.6.1
3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)

The logs are pointing to a file path permission issue.

Can you confirm that the file was not moved or put into a temporary folder that the app does not have access to?

Try clearing the Plist files for the app to see if that resets the permissions.

  1. Delete Topaz Video plist files

  2. Restart Mac

  3. Launch Topaz Video and try processing the file again.

If that does not resolve the issue, please message me back with the updated logs for further investigation.
