Export as jpg instead of jpeg

Hi, would love to export as jpg rather than jpeg. My Finder separates the filetypes so the jpeg format is annoying for organizational purposes.

All of my jpg files are spelled without the “e” (jpeg). Photo AI saves its work as “jpeg” whereas Topaz Sharpen AI saves its work as “jpg”. It’s a minor inconvenience, but I would at least like a preference option in Photo AI to pick which way it is spelled and saved.

Indeed a very quick request: When saving photos as jpg, the extentions .jpeg is added which is (at least at Windows) quite uncommon and some software does not support that.

Could you add the option to save with .jpg exention?

Agreed. I would go even further and save them as .jpg as usual. Same with .tif. :slight_smile:
