Export and Preview Image just static image

After updated to 8.1, all my images processing just comes out as a blank static image. Preview and exports all static. Plus the app unexpected quit twice now

. On iMac M3, Mac OS 15.1, 24gb RAM. Previous version worked fine with no issues.
