Keep getting Errors on upgrading videos. I have romoved the software and put it back on and it still dose it. Im running windows 11 and it used to run fine on older versions.


Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.


I installed the old one back on and it did the same. So I reinstalled windows 11 and testing it again. So far it looks ok but its not finished yet. Ill let you know if it dose it again. It maybe a windows problem with it being messed up.
