In this case please check if you have a dedicated video card. Integrated graphics may not always match the minimum requirements!

If you are not comfortable sharing the logs here, you can send them directly to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for their review. Without the logs for review, no one can tell what the error you are getting are or what is causing them.
