After I’ve just installed the update of Video AI into 7.0, and I can’t use it any more.
At this moment, I need to stabilize the video and also do some fix of motion blur.
But even at very basic settings, without checking anything else (as rolling shutter or jittery motion) , either having only stabilization (1x pass) or motion blur or both, I got all kind of error messages even at trying to render only 5 seconds or 2 seconds on timeline.
I got errors (in red color) as:
- resolution error
- driver error.
- I got also “Error - Preview error”.
I did some screenshots of the last few error reports.
I have CPU i9 and RTX 4090 and Topaz Video AI was running without problems last month, even at 4K resolution (it had problems only with higher than 4K).
Now this video I’m working on now, it’s only 1920x1080 and at 30 fps.
And I get these errors.
I also tried one previous project, which was import of over 4K and export at 4K (and which worked well prior the update today) and it was reporting same (few different) errors as well.
I need to have FIXED this, I have a customer waiting for me that I edit his video (samples first) in next hours, but I have these issues now, after updating the Topaz Video AI.
Here are some screenshots:
Thank you for any help.
And I hope I can reach here also Topaz Labs support, not just this forum, to maybe get fixed this sooner.
