Attempting to install Video AI for the first time, on a brand new Win 11 OS
Error writing to file. Side note, I hit this issue about every other update on any of the Topaz products. Most the time I have to completely uninstall/reinstall to fix it. This though is on a first time install so theres nothing to uninstall.
Ah. Fixed it. It appears even though it fails, it creates the directories. I delete the install directories, reran installer and now it works. Would be nice to see this issue finally fixed.
Ran into this issue today when trying to install the latest update. I’ve come across it several times now when updating to new versions (running as an admin makes no difference). Would be nice to see this finally being fixed… it is annoying having to manually delete installs every other time I try to update. Having to remove all traces of the application and downloading a full installer of the newest version is not what I’d call a solution.
