Many times when using Video AI the process just stops with an error message. The MacOS version is way more affected by this problem.
It does not matter what kind of in data is used. I can prepare a video file with H264, H265 or prores and the same error will occur.

Systems Win 11 AMD 3950x 32gig RTX4090 3 SSD where 1 is dedicated to VideoAI NVme3500meg.
Mac: latest OS. Macbook Pro M3 max 16 core 40 GPU cores, 48gig memory, 1TB SSD.
There is a current bug in the latest release that is reverting the AI processor setting to Auto which is causing some headaches for users. The team is working on a patch that should be out soon to resolve this.
about 50% of the files I want to process on Mac exits with error. Most of the errors are without any explanation. One of the files that went with an error today complained about memory. (48 gig M3 pro max).
All these Mac files with error in this log can be processed in Windows.
Errors on Mac have existed since I started to use this app and I usually blame MacOS and how it handles video files. The new development is that the Windows version also began to exist on some video files. (I could later process these video files in Windows by cutting a 3-hour video into 1-hour segments)
Thanks. I love Topaz products. Best in class and innovative.
The Mac logs are showing the AI processor selection bug that the team is testing a resolution to now. The patch update should be released in the near future.
