Hi Neil, it seems that this may be a permissions error, we will want to start here.

Make sure that Topaz Video AI has permissions to read and write out to; "/Volumes/DK2023/Joy_Road_Entertainment/Upset/Upset_Trailer_NC_PC/Footage/Neil_Youtube/Dan Patrick’s first day at ESPN 1989

If that does not work, please try the following:

Prior to proceeding, if you have any custom presets, you can locate the Presets by navigating to /Applications/Topaz Video AI.app/Contents/Resources/presets. From here you can copy these presets into a new folder and when you reinstall Topaz Video AI, you can drag and drop these presets into the same directory :slight_smile:

  1. Uninstall Topaz Video AI (drag and drop into the trash bin).
  2. Delete the plist files & empty the trash bin.

  3. Reboot your Mac.
  4. Reinstall
