Error when processing MPG files

  1. I can’t convert a number of MPG files using Iris model
  2. MacBook Max 3
  3. Logs files attached

Unfortunately, there are no .tzlog files in the zip folder. Can you double check that logging is enabled:

Help > Logging > Logging

Then, recreate the issue and try pulling the logs again?

It looks like the app is unable to access the model file.

Can you double-check and make sure that Video AI is added to the list of apps with ‘Full Disk Access’ in the macOS System Settings and restarting the app after:

If this does not work, please proceed to a clean install

  1. Uninstall Topaz Video AI by dragging and dropping the app into the trash bin

  2. Delete the plist files & empty the trash bin

  1. Reboot your Mac

  2. Reinstall

tried these steps but no luck -attaching a new set of logs in case this helps (the tool works fine with many other MPG videos in the very same source folder)
