I have tried to process multiple mp4 video clips and continually get an error message that says contact support for help. I have tried to output it as mp4 and mkv with no luck.
I generated a log file by the Video AI but haven’t figured out how to attach it.
Our developers are currently working on a known issue with file paths containing special characters like ‘#’. For now, try importing and exporting from folders that do not contain special characters to prevent errors.
We’re hoping to have this resolved in an update very soon!
