Error when exporting

I am getting an error message repeatedly when exporting enhanced videos. The destination it is exporting to does exist, I have tried changing it, but I still encounter the error message. The error message comes up immediately in my export queue when I press “export as”.

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:

  1. Delete Video AI plist files
  1. Restart Mac
  2. Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.
