Error when converting iPhone 4K video from 30fps to 60fps

Recorded a 1m 22s video on my iPhone (4K resolution). Wanted to use Topaz to interpolate it up to 60fps, but export first won’t let me copy the audio into a MOV container, so chose to convert to PCM, but then get an error. See attached logs. Note, it works when I remove audio, so it’s something audio related.

This is due to the audio format that iPhones record in for spatial audio. It is not supported in the app at this time.

You can remove the audio and export the video out, then rejoin the audio later.

Or you can remux the video using handbrake and bring it to the app and that should allow it to process.
