Error trying to preview Stabilizer
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Step 1 - Brand new install. Just paid for the product.
- Step 2 - Loading relatively small 4K .mp4 file (654MB)
- Step 3 - Attempt to preview (2 or 5 secs). I see the progress and % done, and then get the error

I do have exactly same problems and the error looks very similar to mine.
Actually reset to default all the settings did the trick…
I ended up choosing different directories from the defaults in the settings and that did the trick.
It’s bizarre that the software would install and choose directories it couldn’t write to. I’m finding several little bugs like this in Topaz software.
