Hi my software is denoising my images so they are almost grey and then error running modle once complete?
I am running into the same issue.
We are investigating an issue where RAW files in version 1.3.2 are giving “error running models” on export. We will reply to this thread once we release a fix for this.
Workaround:
In the meatime, users can revert to v1.2.1 of Topaz Photo and it should work normally:

Can you share logs?
- Logs: To gather logs, open Topaz Photo and go to the menu bar on the top and go to Help > Open Log Folder.

Update 1.3.2:
After updating to this version; if I run first Autopilot, I can’t edit the photo anymore. No possibility to get effects from “Sharpen”, “ Denoise” etc. after choosing Autopilot. “ Error running model” writing pops up every time,
I have made a total uninstall with rebooting and reinstall: No effect.
It also gave me the same error, then I installed it again and when I go to enter my data to open the application everything stops and won’t let me in, while the other apps and web apps work regularly.
I wrote to the assistance that gave me a generic answer to delete the cache which of course I did but the situation has not changed, I have rewritten and I am waiting for an answer
I was processing photos with Lightroom Classic 15.2 (Camera raw 18.2) and Topaz Photo 1.3.1 this morning, using Topaz Raw Denoise to remove noise from some old Canon CR2 photos and all was good. I noticed the new release to 1.3.2 was available so I installed it. Then, when I tried to use Topaz Raw Denoise for my raw photos it crashed consistently with an Exit code 3221225477. I uninstalled 1.3.2 and reinstalled 1.3.1 and everything worked again.

This RAW Denoise issue that was happening in v1.3.2 is now resolved in v1.3.3, you can update from in-app or with these links:
