Error massage "unsupported amount of channels in image"

worked on a image saved it as a TIFF file and want to open it in Topaz AI. then I get the massage;" cannot open image: unsupported amount of channels in the image"?

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. drag Tiff file to Topaz AI 1.5.4
   
   Uploading: MacBook Pro.spx…
   Processing: MacBook Pro.spx…

Thanks for reaching out. The TIF file you are using likely has multiple alpha channels.

Please remove the alpha channels in Photoshop or another image editor before importing the file to Topaz Photo AI.

Thank you. That means I have to use topaz AI first and then edit. I reverted the work-flow because it seemed that the hair refine selection in Ps worked better of the picture was not de-noised before.
