Used trial before, then purchased in Nov. Got the Error loading models notification, never have got past this error after my purchase. Asked for refund, come January I could see this is the best program for my uses, bought the 2.3 version and am still trying to get past this error. It is very frustrating to go through the error over and over. This is an old joke , insanity is going over the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Please someone help.
