I am working on a Mac Pro 2019. Recently I upgraded to Ventura 13.5.1. The Adobe apps’ in use are all 2023. Currently I’m having issues with the computer spontaneously shutting down, then restarting. I have written to a number of software suppliers about this issue.
This afternoon I restarted the computer only to see a greyed out question mark in the dock. When I clicked on it there was a pause and Topaz Video logo appeared. Also, I am still having issues with the Trial yellow notification appearing when booting Video AI.
I have removed older TL plugins from my computer that are no longer supported.
