Error encountered when enhancing video using the Rhea model

I encountered an error while using Rhea to enhance a video, but Iris works fine without any issues.

Looks like in a few logs the GPU you have is not being registered correctly. That being said the Tesla V100 card is getting overwhelmed by the AI processing tasks as it is an older card and not designed for this type of task with the app.

Open the Preferences Panel and change the following settings to see if you can find a way to balance the card out and have it complete a process.

File>Preferences>Processing

  1. Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor
  2. Set the max memory to 80%
  3. Set max processes to 1
  4. Save the settings and close the panel.
  5. Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.
